Your Day-to-Day:

- Support our sales, management, and accounts teams.
- Craft and collate essential booklets and manuals.
- Organize field day sites, manage travel, and order inventory.

We are currently seeking a ‘Junior Admin’ to assist in providing quality assistance to our customers.
Eligible applicants will be considered for ‘Immediate Start’.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Answering all incoming calls & redirecting
- Greeting Customers & Visitors
- Data Entry
- Filing
- Assisting sales, management & accounts
- Collating booklets and manuals
- Document preparation
- Coordinate field day sites and travel
- Inventory and supplies ordering
- Packing Spare Parts orders
- Keeping workspaces & shared spaces clean, tidy and organised
- Other duties as required
What you will learn:
- Traineeship
- Cert III Business Administration
- Diary and Event management
- How to work as part of a team
- How to work autonomously
- Role ownership
- Product knowledge
Schedule:
- 38hrs Mon – Fri
- Occasional Overtime (notice provided)
- Full-time Traineeship (Immediate Start)

- Safety conscious at all times
- Reliable transport
- Strong time management
- Completes 2-week trial
